Aromatherapy is the age-old alternative healing that uses essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds to promote overall wellness, stability and vitality. Inhalation of scent stimulates the part of the brain connected to smell - the olfactory system - to send a signal to the limbic system of the brain that controls emotions and retrieves learned memories.

This causes chemicals to be released which make us feel relaxed, calm or even stimulated. 

Our lockets come with a little vial of scent and felt pads. You apply the scent to a felt pad and as you go throughout your day whenever you need a little pick me up - you just TAKE A BREATH!
