Mermaid Cork Bracelet - Multi Silver Steel Chain

Did you know ... the Babylonian god Oannes predates the Syrian mermaid Atargatis by several thousand years - so the original mermaid was a mer-man ... ugh - try to get that picture out of your head!

This modern mermaid bracelet is handmade by me from a recycled wine cork, recycled steel car part and industrial hardware - with 2 styles of gorgeous stainless steel chain! I pour a glossy, glass-like resin on top to make your bracelet lasts forever.

1. Antique silver and stainless steel double chain
2. Available in any length- measure a bracelet that fits you well

4. Sealed with a glass-like resin to last forever
5. Large lobster clasp in antique silver with industrial stainless steel hardware

This upcycled jewelry is fabricated with recycled cork and a recycled steel auto part. Cork is the bark of the cork oak tree. My cork is grown in managed forests in Portugal and Spain (and recycled from NJ bars) where the bark is carefully harvested, once every nine years, in a centuries-old tradition with hand tools and without fertilizers or pesticides; a process that ensures the forests will remain undamaged!
